I have the tools to take it apart, but when I tried it acted like something I don't know about was holding it together about mid way up from the retaining screws. I am looking for some one with experience just this model. Is there some trick I am missing?

Have not personally torn into the Zire 72. Is it similar to the Z71, the take apart guide is here:

Seems there are screws buried under the sticker too? which may be holding things together?
