You need to identify the ground - wire that is the first you take off and the last you connect. Make sure you don't cross the leads (connect it backwards) or you will fry the electrical system and possibly have a battery explode in your face. The red cable goes to the+ side===note leave your - cable connected to the old battery until you get the + connected to the new battery or you may have to reset the systems computer.Now disconnect the - cable %26amp; connect it to the - side of the new battery Note this cable shoud be black or maybe green but its the grd side of your electrical system .If i were there i'd help you no charge %26amp; no strings attached..good luck or you may be able to get the guy at Advance Auto to do it for free.I know they will if you buy your battery from them
