Uh usually you can do a battery change by yourself.
I dont have that particular laptop. Though usually if you flip over the laptop to its underside youll see a long rectangle that is usually the battery. Next to it you should see a lock switch or what ever. Then you hit the lock switch and it should pop out.
You shouldnt need to take it to a computer shop. As far as im aware most computer shops dont stock replacement battteries for laptops. I would check the Acer Website for replacement batteries or check Ebay if you have an ebay account.How to change the battery of an acer aspire 3620 series laptop?
u know the owners manual that came with ur computer --i guess u didnt look at it --it shows u how to take it out --turn ur pc off turn it over and look for a thumb release --slide out the battery
