I had to remove the air cleaner assembly, the windshield fluid reservoir and then there was a support bracket that ran from the radiator to the wheel well I had to remove. There were two bolts in the front and two that you had to access from the wheel well, once removed you could get to the battery.How do you change the Battery in a 1997 Oldsmobile silhouette?
hold the rod and turn the nut or use a grind or saw and cut it off im sure its just rusted and slipping and not much more you can do but try and hold side of it other than just cutting it off and buying anew bolts
