You can also buy a batter from http://www.ipodjuice.com/ for $29, but you have to replace it yourself. They give you instructions and a tool kit.

if you bought the 1 year guarantee it will cost you nothing. mine did the same thing. all you have to do is send it back and they will change it or give you a new one. hope I helped
